Commercial Real Estate
We have brokered, developed and managed in excess of $250 million in commercial real estate over the last 20 years. We specialize in single tenant and multi-tenant retail development with extensive experience in ground up new construction, adaptive reuse of existing buildings and interior buildouts. We have project managed all aspects of the development process including but not limited to, site selection, acquisitions, due diligence, financing, design, concept planning, value engineering, permitting (siteplan, building, land entitlements, rezones and wetland mitigation), construction management and tenant turnover/punchout.
In addition to self-developing for our own retail concepts, we have also developed for best-in-class local retailers and publicly traded global brands.
Residential Real Estate
With over 20 years of experience and success in commercial real estate development, we decided to bring our real estate acumen and ingenuity to luxury home building. As a value driven company, we put an emphasis in designing and building ultra-luxury homes for an experiential lifestyle. We don’t cut corners and focus on every aspect of the design process to ensure we maximize every property to its highest potential based upon the neighborhood, property configuration and market demand.

Hospitality
Since 2009, we have founded and operated our own hospitality concepts that emphasize innovation, sustainability, community, and value. Our concepts have been recognized as best in class and we have won multiple awards over the years from some of the most respected media sources.
We currently operate retail locations throughout West Central Florida and a plant-based food innovation company that specializes in creating functional foods for every lifestyle. We are actively developing several new trend setting brands and are expanding into more wellness centric concepts.
